Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is our recommendation for today!

INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie base (pink/rosewater part)

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)

For the Smoothie base (chocolate part)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 rolled oats (optional for the extra nutrients)

For the toppings

  • Your favorite toppings (I chose raspberries, pomegranate, few very dark chocolate pieces & edible rose petals)

Preparation

  1. Blend each part seperately
  2. Place both in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
