How to prepare crispy and seasoned most delicious healthy potatoes.


  • 400g small potatoes
  • 50 g of olive oil
  • 50g butter
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • Himalayan salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel


Wash the potatoes. If they are young with thin peel, you don’t to peel them out at all. Put them one by one on a spoon, and cut them with a knife as shown on the image below.


Melt the butter, add the olive oil, lemon peel and lemon juice. Grate the garlic and add it to the mixture. Preheat the oven. Put the potatoes in baking pot. Sprinkle them with half of the mixture with butter, butter and lemon. Season with Himalayan salt and pepper and put them in the oven. Leave them for 30 min. and add the second half of the mixture after.

Once baked and colored, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Now enjoy the crispy, seasoned, delicious healthy fries.
