  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 strands of asparagus
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • soy sauce
  • rice
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

  • sesame
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • lemon


  1. Boil one cup of rice on low heat. When finished, put it in a strainer and leave it for a while. If it’s possible, put it over the boiling metal pot with steam in order to be better strained and to keep the original shape.
  2. Boil the broccoli. The broccoli and the asparagus are added as supplement to the main dish. If you don’t like it fried or boiled, pick asparagus in brine – it is an excellent alternative as an additive in many foods.
  3.  Chop chicken breasts in slices and marinate them in mustard, sesame, honey and lemon. Add seasonings. Leave them in the fridge for about an hour. Cover the baking pan with grease-proof baking paper and add the marinated chicken breasts. Splash them with little olive oil and bake until color.
  4. When finished, you can separate the chicken breasts in 2 different vessels. This recipe is for 2 servings (they last in fridge up to 3 days).
